Group therapy sessions, counsellors and concerned friends are all very well, but sometimes you can’t talk about what you are going through. My aim in writing this guide is to give an honest and frank account of what you are likely to encounter in the months and years ahead, and I hope that by reading it, you can avoid some of the pitfalls that I have stumbled into over the last four years.
The process of loss and recovery is a long and painful one – I would be lying if I said otherwise, but you might find that somewhere along the way you discover that you are capable of more than you ever though possible.
The guide is divided up into chapters, which can be chosen from the list on the right of the page.
