Hi Adrian What to say but so sorry - and it is not you. Went to grave yard today to put flowers on R's plot. was amazed at how many friends have joined him there since he died - age range 25 to 96. I miss them all so much but feel lucky to have known them. Thinkig of you tonight, take care.

Adrian
You are not the only one to think this way. My lovely MIL died then my husband was killed 5 months later, then my 33yr old next door neighbout died 10 weeks later, then another friend died in november then my aunty died in May. That's 5 closepeople in 17 months.
Can't take any more. Hope it's the last for a while. I no it's no comfort to you but just to let you know you're not alone.
Keep your chin up, life's a bitch, but you have to carry on for the people who are no longer with us. xxx

Re: not another one! warning... sad and gloomy
((adrian)) If you are jinxed then so am I... My daughter went around the world on her gap year last November, she came back early 2 weeks before Graeme died and during that time there had been 6 funerals of family and friends, 3 of them were under 19! How sad is that.
Take care, love Kazz

Re: not another one! warning... sad and gloomy
Adrian
I felt like I owned the jinxed hat.
In the week after Nick died, Three service users died (not a shocker they are elderly and dying thats why they have us carers) Then one of the Carers I work with lost her son. Mum and Dad died four weeks after Nick, another couple of service users died and another care worker lost her husband.
There is something else I think I need to say it, but I don't know if this is the place.
I shall think on it.
