I'm back and I'm 'Optioned'
Just got home today from The Option Institute in USA.
I went there last August to get help to deal with Paul's death.
Well I went back just for a top up and a wee holiday - wrong!
Lots more stuff came out.
The staff there practice what is called the Option Dialogue Process.
Its like nothing else on this earth.
They ask you specific questions with your permission to get to the route of what the problem in your life is.
Then they take it all apart, question your beliefs and help you see things from a new perspective.
Just to tell you how powerful it is, I am returning next year (and I will find the money) to plant a pair of Paul's shoes with some thistle seeds in them.
Why? Cause I told them I could not bear to throw out Paul's shoes and clothes.
Because I love this place planting a pair of Pauls shoes and his favourite flower in them means to me that I can get rid of the other items because now Paul will always be part of Option and me.
Sounds way out there and maybe it is but for me it works.

I've just had a look at the website and it sounds really good. Lots of different courses and in a beautiful setting in Massachusetts.

I googled it and it looks quite fascinating. I was impressed with the post option support forum and loved the weekly wisdom.
Glad you found what you needed.
Why did Paul like thistles? Just curious.... it is our national flower..... and given your use of 'wee' is there a Scottish connection?

Hi Sue how lovely of you to ask - my wee boy and I went swimming today and shopping and ate out - the first time in a year. He was so so good.
This stuff in USA really works.
Its all about our attitude and how we choose to look at life.
If I could recommend a course it would be 'Optimal Self Trust' it blew me away.
