Just want this all over with.
Just got call from my solicitor who is handling the claim against the driver who killed Paul. - 3 years ago!
yes its taken the third party insurers this long to get organised.
Mainly due to the claim being anything but straightforward.
My youngest son is disabled and may one day need residential care, but after trying to get this service 6 months ago and being refused I may have to Buy the care he will need.
So claim is not clean-cut - but then neither is my life.
So wish me luck next week when I travel 100 miles to visit the legal team.
I just want this over with as it will draw to an end the last 3 years and all the shit I have had to deal with.
Money cant buy Paul back but at least I can provide a secure safe future for my son.

Linda, Am thinking of you and the absolute stress you have endured for so long. Hopefully, things will come to a conclusion soon, so that you can 'breathe' again.
I had a stressful Insurance problem, and was not hopeful, but in the end it was not as bad as I was envisaging. (I wonder whether my Darling had anything to do with it?). Take care, Linda xx

I am hopefully sending you good luck in dealing with the insurance companies--The ones I had were like angels--I cannot believe how fair and honest they were.
Best wishes--especially where the interests of your young son are concerned.

The insurance company involved should hang their heads in shame.
It's dreadful that it has taken so long to get to this point.
